Gotta love Indian Cinema... only it can knock Hollywood off their "we rule the world" perch.
A film called "Hari Puttar" (translated "God's Son") has won the right to be released, despite the closeness in name to another film hero. Indeed, "he's not the Messiah! He's a very naughty boy!" who has cleverly used the similarities, and the controversy surrounding these, to help market their own film!
