Yet again, FF, the gym franchise with the massive misnoma, has done wrong by its clients.

Many wrote into the SMH to tell their tales, including a man whose dead wife continued to have money debited by the company, even though her personal trainer attended the funeral!
Some even began a website, dedicated to their collective disdain for the organisation.
Readers angered by their treatment also directed smh.com.au to a group on Facebook called Fitness First Hate Group.
The group, which has more than 1600 members, is promoted with the following message: "They manipulate and turn an innocent person trying to be motivated in exercise into a money machine as they get locked into a contract that is way too long. It's mean, just mean."
The group contains a number of discussion topics in which members vent their spleens about their attempts to cancel their gym memberships.
